Are your dolls only available online?

The Jilly Doll is currently sold online and in a handful of retail locations including select Toys"R"Us and Macy's stores! Sign up for our email list on our website or follow us on Instagram and Facebook to stay in the know about our business.

Are your dolls compatible with other doll brands’ accessories?

Our Jilly doll is a standard size 14” doll. Clothing made for other dolls may fit, but we cannot guarantee sizing dimensions of 3rd party brands.

What is your doll made of?

The doll is made of vinyl plastic. Clothing and accessories are made of a cotton-blend material.

Where are Jilly Bǐng dolls made?

Jilly Bǐng is made in an overseas factory certified by the ICTI Ethical Toy Program (IETP). To learn more, please visit ICTI.

Are there any special care instructions for maintaining the doll’s quality?

Jilly Doll is meant to be played with and taken everywhere. If Jilly doll’s skin gets dirty, please use a towel with lukewarm water to gently wipe off any dirt.

Are your dolls safe?

Safety is our priority. Jilly Bǐng follows rigorous quality and safety testing to ensure that our products are safe for children (ages 3 and older) and meet all standards applicable for our products. We require our vendors to provide certification indicating that products meet or exceed U.S. Federal Safety Requirements.


Will the dolls arrive in time for the holidays?

Domestic: Order by Monday, 12/13th to guarantee orders are received by Friday, 12/22.

Canada: Order by Friday, 12/8th to guarantee orders are received by Friday, 12/22.

My tracking link shows as shipped, but I haven’t received my doll yet.

Average shipping time is 3-5 days, but can take up to 7 days. Please check your email with tracking information. You can contact the corresponding carrier regarding a missing package or delay.

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship to the United States and Canada. Please sign up for our email list on our website or follow us on social media [Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn] to stay updated as we expand our shipping locations.

What are shipping fees?

We offer hassle-free shopping with flat-rate shipping for just $10!  This applies to all orders shipped within the United States,  including US territories, regardless of order value.

For orders shipped to Canada, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $25.  This includes applicable customs duties.


What kind of sales tax do I have to pay when I shop at the Jilly Bǐng website?

If your doll is shipped to California, you will pay any applicable state and local sales tax.

How do I place a gift order?

Gift cards can be purchased at https://www.jillybing.com/gift-card. After your purchase, your recipient will receive an email with a gift card code. They will be able to redeem their gift card and include their shipping details when they place an order on our site. Gift recipients will be responsible for taxes if applicable.

If you would like to gift a doll directly to a recipient, you can simply enter their information under the Customer Information & Delivery Address sections during the checkout process.

How do I cancel my order?

Prior to shipping, a 100% refund is guaranteed. New orders take 1-3 days to process. Contact us immediately, support@jillybing.com with your name and reason for cancellation.

How do I return or exchange my purchase?

Please email support@jillybing.com for all returns and exchanges.

  • Prior to shipping, a 100% refund is guaranteed.
  • To initiate a return, the box must be unopened. We cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. For example, if the doll is delivered to a customer on the 1st of the month, an email must be sent to the company no later than the 30th of the month to initiate a return.
  • We will email you a return label along with any other documents that may be required. Pack your item(s) securely in a box, attach the return label on top & drop it off at your nearest USPS location. If you are using the box we sent your order in, please be sure to completely cover the previous label's barcode.
  • After the doll has been received, a refund will be issued in full, minus a $15 fee per order to cover restocking & return shipping costs. (T-shirt restocking and exchange fees are $8.)
