Riley is an adventurous girl of Asian and Caucasian descent. She is full of energy and loves to explore the outdoors, fueled by snacks from her parents' favorite Asian grocery store. Her favorite treat is Asian shaved ice with sprinkles. When Dad grimaces at the nontraditional toppings, Riley says, 'My mix, my way.'

When Riley is hiking or playing on the beach, her bucket hat shields her from the sun. But when she needs a buddy, Riley's hat transforms into Chilly Cheeks, her 'cool' Asian shaved ice sidekick, who is always ready to join her on an adventure.

Contents: 14-inch vinyl doll with nylon-fiber hair wearing a hoodie, pants, plastic sneakers, and underpants (all removable); bucket hat that flips into “Chilly Cheeks” shaved ice friend.

Materials: Clothing and accessories are made of a cotton-blend material. Sneakers are made of vinyl plastic. 

Care Instructions: Wipe clean with damp cloth.

Age Recommendation: 3+ (Our doll loves to play with people of all ages, but she comes with small parts not suitable for the tiniest of tots.)

  • Shipping Fees:
    $10 Flat Rate Shipping
  • Please allow 5-7 days from your order date to arrival.

Canada:

  • Shipping Fees: $25 flat rate shipping for all orders shipped to Canada; shipping fees include customs clearance.
  • Please allow 10-14 days from your order date to arrival.
RETURN POLICY

Please email support@jillybing.com for all returns and exchanges.

  • Prior to shipping, a 100% refund is guaranteed.
  • To initiate a return, the box must be unopened. We cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. For example, if the doll is delivered to a customer on the 1st of the month, an email must be sent to the company no later than the 30th of the month to initiate a return.
  • We will email you a return label along with any other documents that may be required. Pack your item(s) securely in a box, stick the return label on top & drop it off at your nearest USPS location. If you’re using the box we sent your order in, make sure the previous label barcode is completely covered.
  • After the doll has been received, a refund will be issued in full, minus a $15 fee per order to cover restocking & return shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.

How does shipping work?

We offer hassle-free shopping with flat-rate shipping for just $10!  This applies to all orders shipped within the United States,  including US territories, regardless of order value.

For orders shipped to Canada, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $25.  This includes applicable customs duties.
What is the return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the box is unopened. A full refund, minus a $15 fee per order for restocking and return shipping costs, will be issued. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Contact support@jillybing.com to initiate a return.
