Shipping Fees: $25 flat rate shipping for all orders shipped to Canada; shipping fees include customs clearance.
Please allow 10-14 days from your order date to arrival.

RETURN POLICY

Please email support@jillybing.com for all returns and exchanges.

Prior to shipping, a 100% refund is guaranteed.
To initiate a return, the box must be unopened. We cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. For example, if the doll is delivered to a customer on the 1st of the month, an email must be sent to the company no later than the 30th of the month to initiate a return.
We will email you a return label along with any other documents that may be required. Pack your item(s) securely in a box, stick the return label on top & drop it off at your nearest USPS location. If you’re using the box we sent your order in, make sure the previous label barcode is completely covered.
After the doll has been received, a refund will be issued in full, minus a $15 fee per order to cover restocking & return shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
