$10 Flat Rate Shipping - Please allow 7-10 days from your order date to arrival.
Canada:
- Shipping Fees: $25 flat rate shipping for all orders shipped to Canada; shipping fees include customs clearance.
- Please allow 10-14 days from your order date to arrival.
Return Policy
Please email support@jillybing.com for all returns and exchanges.
- Prior to shipping, a 100% refund is guaranteed.
- To initiate a return, the box must be unopened. We cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. For example, if the doll is delivered to a customer on the 1st of the month, an email must be sent to the company no later than the 30th of the month to initiate a return.
- We will email you a return label along with any other documents that may be required. Pack your item(s) securely in a box, stick the return label on top & drop it off at your nearest USPS location. If you’re using the box we sent your order in, make sure the previous label barcode is completely covered.
- After the doll has been received, a refund will be issued in full, minus a $15 fee per order to cover restocking & return shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.

How does shipping work?
We offer hassle-free shopping with flat-rate shipping for just $10! This applies to all orders shipped within the United States, including US territories, regardless of order value.
For orders shipped to Canada, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $25. This includes applicable customs duties.
What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the box is unopened. A full refund, minus a $15 fee per order for restocking and return shipping costs, will be issued. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Contact support@jillybing.com to initiate a return.

Jilly Doll should be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Avoid submerging the doll in water or exposing her to extreme temperatures.

Contents: 14-inch vinyl doll with nylon-fiber hair wearing an apron-inspired dress, short-sleeved shirt, bowtie, plastic sneakers, and underpants (all removable); chef’s hat that flips into L’il Tart friend; two triangular bandanas (7" X 7" X 10.5").
Materials: Clothing and accessories are made of a cotton-blend material. Sneakers are made of vinyl plastic.
Care Instructions: Wipe clean with damp cloth.
Age Recommendation: 3+ (Jilly loves to play with people of all ages, but she comes with small parts not suitable for the tiniest of tots.)
